01. Business Analysis
To begin, I will identify the goals of your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and target audience. Next, I will present our ideas for functionality and technologies. Once I have gathered all necessary information, I will develop a requirements specification, which will be approved by you before proceeding.
02. UI/UX Design & Prototyping
My designer will create wireframes of the key screens of the app. Once the design is approved, I will develop a clickable prototype and provide all necessary graphic materials for the development team to proceed.
03. Software Development

04. Quality Assurance
